Phase Two

Week/Phase 2 – Collective Bargaining

Phase Two focuses on the process and risks of collective bargaining. We want to expose the hidden agenda that unions bring to the negotiating table, and explain why and how the union will attempt to lower the expectations of its new members during the negotiating process, so they won’t be disappointed with a contract that won’t be what the union organizers promised.
