Phase Five

Week/Phase 5 – Get Out The Vote
Phase Five highlights the importance of every single employee casting their vote, and making sure it is an informed vote. Remind them of the resources available if they have any unanswered questions. Reinforce that their vote is completely private – neither the company nor the union will know how they vote. The most important thing to emphasize is that not showing up to vote is NOT casting a “No” vote.

This is the last employee meeting scheduled before the vote, so this is your last opportunity to inform them through the PPT and training video. Then make the most of one-on-one contact time with your staff.
